I'm most happy when I'm given the freedom to be creative and teach other people through the training we conduct the skills I've built and developed thus far.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how genuine the interviewers were and how they explained what Sourcefit is as a company, what my expected responsibilities are, and how I could possibly fit in to the culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing I've experiences is the value of community in the company, in which regardless of which department we are from, when we meet for company events and trainings, it seems like we are all on the same page.
