What makes you most happy at work?
Currently the remote work set-up. Gives the employee back the work-life baance they deserve.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The screening to interview even the whole application process with Sourcefit were very streamlined and smooth. Kudos to Talent Acquisition and HR teams for a work well-done. Never experienced this kind of job application process anywhere else.
