I think the best part about my compensations package is the regular allowance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so helpful, they have different levels of tenurity and it's not awkward to ask questions to any of them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I passed all the three interviews and I think I like the most is the last one. I got a chance to be interviewed by the Operations Manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's so helpful because it gives an easily access to everyone. It allows us to communicate not just with teammates, team leader and supervisor but also on the persons above them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the freedom of learning by literally encountering the cases first and understanding of it even without the help of others. You really asks questions in times when the cases are really hard to resolve.
