We are not stagnant in our process. The learnings are continuous especially in accounting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to the employees. We have multiple platforms to do so. We can even do it anonymously.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was hired pre-pandemic that's why I was assessed the traditional way. I went to the office for my initial and final interviews. I think nowadays, we can have the assessment process online for our future co-workers.
