I've been working here at Sourcefit for about a year and a half now. All I can say is that I'm really happy with the work-life balance. Also, from the hiring process, to the onboarding, and up to my day to day tasks -- everything is just seamless and works perfectly.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We know how to have fun at work. The Friday Trivia and monthly virtual team-building is really fun, engaging, and very interactive with a right amount of good competition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My leave benefits is lower than what I had in my previous company and I also don't have a birthday leave here. It would be nice to have all my leaves available in the beginning of the year rather than accruing them all throughout the year and a birthday leave would also be very much appreciated.
