Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be great if the company can increase the HMO limit and dependent, also if would be nice if we have birthday leave, bereavement leave since the VL that we earned every month is not enough to sustain it. And also, it would be nice to get all VL at the start of the year and not earning monthly
