Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish that we have a better HMO benefits, increasing the coverage limit, adding more dependents.. other companies are offering great HMO benefits and also add more VL/SL and not earn it every month, we would like to get it in bulk.
