What makes you most happy at work is because we are working at home and the company provides all the equipment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is nice working here. All employees are nice and it has a good working environment also. It's just that the company has a lack of compensation. There are no incentives. Also, there is no increase of salaries for regularization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the culture and environment at my company is that all leaders and supervisors are very nice and friendly. Also, their management, staff, HR, nurses, and IT are very accommodating. I don't have bad experiences and I'm not having a hard time every time I am dealing with them.
