I have started working in sourcefit since 2020 and had been working from home since then. I can say that the management are very hands on and approachable even though we don't see each other face to face. They are also open to suggestions of employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very competent and we all love sharing ideas. It is nice that we understand each other even though we don't meet face to face. We are all professional as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the part that the interview process is really fast. I was able to get a job offer in just two days. From that, I can already know that this company values time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hoping that the basic salary will be much more that what I have now since I think I have proven my skills and capabilities in my account. Also, I wish there would be free dependent for the HMO. To be honest this is the only BPO company I know that does not provide free dependents for HMO
