The most positive culture in Sourcefit Philippines is the fact that the supervisors do not micro-manage. They put a lot of trust in their agents, and in return agents become more productive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me happy at work is the fact that I feel valued and I am gaining new knowledge everyday. Also the work from home set up, as a single mother it is really essential to me as I can take care of my son and work at the same time.
