Leaders who are good listeners as well. They are always open to feedback and suggestions which makes each member of the team valued.

I like the final interview best because we talk about something that captures my interest. I was also able to share insights and values that could contribute to the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part for me is the health benefits. Being healthy means being able to work and provide for the family's needs. I am so happy that the company is supporting us in ensuring that our health is being taken care of.
