people are generally pleasing and my experience working with the company is positive. facilities such as comfort rooms and lounge area need to be upgraded.

i'm happy when i'm paid fairly and have a chance for a work promotion/ career progression.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the people make it positive. having a workplace close to home also contributes to me feeling positive because i don't have to waste my time commuting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are easy to get along with. very funny and talkative. even though we are tight on the deadlines, they make working a little easier because they are fun to be with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are experienced and knows the industry well. however, there needs to be more seminars about leadership training so that we can have a better working environment. people in higher positions need guidance on managing the team well.
