I am most happy at work when I am able to finish my job ahead of deadline and able to help my teammates if ever they need a helping hand.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive I think would be having to work without maximum supervision from management cause they know that their employees were actually working hard. They have this trust and confidence. Also, the environment was not toxic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the most about the leadership team was they include their employees. No one will be left out and everyone regardless of tenure will be paid with extra attention. The encourage everyone and unite them as team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was good because it was done virtually and no need to go to office. And the process was fast and you will know already if you pass the interview. They are direct to the point and really values the time of the applicants.
