Lack of micro-management and flexible hours

They work exceptionally hard to not only grow the business but also consistently look to improve the company culture.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My favorite part of the interview was getting the opportunity to not only get interview by my future boss but also my future coworkers and people with the same job title. Getting to ask them questions on the position was a great part about the interview
