Everyone in our team is active and participative. We help each and everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best about my compensation is my basic pay. It is higher than what I expected.
What makes you most happy at work?
The competitive salary and the fact that they offer work from home setup which is more convenient.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The initial interview. The HR team of Sourcefit is composed of individuals with pleasing personalities. They are considerate and kind but not timid.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager in Sourcefit is the best I ever had! She is very hands-on to my needs. Whenever I need guidance and tutorials on something, she would gladly teach it to me. I never felt like a burden here. Having her as my manager/leader, it is such a blessing.
