They offer one on one teaching in order for the employees or subordinates get familiar and expert on their tasks.

We are comfortable with one another. We can easily start a huddle or meeting to share knowledge and thoughts and we do respect or value everyone's opinion here.

The best part of my compensation package is the HMO and competitive monthly salary. They provide the best HMO as compared to the other companies that I have been in.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The best part of the interview process is the part when they gave me an idea of who I will be serving. They give me an idea to understand and know my client better even if I have not been chose yet. The interviewer made me feel that I can handle it the best!
