I like that I was interviewed by the client. He was very transparent about the scope, his expectations and plans for the role.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation package is the permanent work from home setup because I don't have to spend for gas and parking.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that I can continue a similar role from my previous work experience despite moving to a different industry. It shows how wide this industry can expand to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how the leadership team is clear on their goals for the company and are transparent to the employees. The last townhall was where I "met" the leadership team and it gave a me an idea of what the goals are for the company and how the departments operate and work together towards the same goal.
