I love working at Sourcefit because apart from the convenience of working from home, my team leaders and colleagues are really nice to work with, even though we have only met virtually. I also love the fact that the company is improving its benefits for its employees.

My team leaders are really approachable and they always make sure that we are motivated to do our work.
What makes you most happy at work?
A supportive and respectful work environment can greatly impact happiness. Positive relationships with colleagues and superiors, open communication, and a sense of belonging contribute to a healthy workplace.
What did you like most about the interview process?
All of the companies I have applied to, I am truly amazed at how fast Sourcefit's recruitment process is. It only took one week, including the interview and processing the requirements.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fun to be with even though we only meet virtually. I hope to have a company building so we can meet in person and bond as we only meet once a year for the Christmas parties.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me, the most positive thing about working at Sourcefit is that you can feel comfortable approaching your team leaders if you have any concerns and raising them with the management. They will really listen and make sure it is improved for the betterment of all employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish Sourcefit could be more generous with leave credits. We have to wait for 6 months to use leave or sick leave credits, but once we are eligible to use leave credits, we have to earn the credits every month. Also, they should have a free dependent for HMO.
