I am happy to be working remotely.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the work-life balance environment. It's not toxic and can work peacefully at home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor is generous and approachable. I work directly with a client and she's really nice. I love the positivity of her when it comes to work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was well-explained. The will inform you as soon as possible if you are pass or not, or if you will be undergoing to the next step.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is good. but I think to motivate the employees, it's better to have some perks like a performance bonus or additional allowance. It's also better if the HMO coverage will be reviewed
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work separately as we have different tasks to be done, but whenever someone is in need regarding workloads, everyone in the team is always there to help. We are just a small group in a team consisting of 3 people from source fit plus 2 clients we are working with directly.
