I am having a lot of fun with my team and also we are working together. You will not see any "I" in our team so far.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part for me is the night differential, but it would be better if they make it around 15% or 20% then that's gonna retain more employees in this company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is the best because not only that I learn a lot, but I am also having fun because I have a lot of friends in my team and also I am pretty close with my manager.
