It was nice before but we have been getting late/incorrect salaries in the past months.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is being given late at night and there is no free dependent for HMO and 13th month pay is not yet given. All the stocks groceries and malls are gone now, we cannot buy anything anymore once they have given the 13th month pay
