Progressive leadership that appears (and takes action) to genuinely embrace doing the right thing (controlling/preventing COVID in the workplace; responding to public concerns regarding wildfire risks, power shut offs, service, and costs, etc.
My level of pay is not commensurate with the responsibility assigned to me. I would feel better if I were paid at or above the level of those in the company with similar responsibility.
