Team members care but are not heard by senior management. The military cares about people more.

Team members generally care about each other and want to do a good job.
Before COVID, the only good thing about Company meetings was food, especially when it was off site. Many managers and especially the executives host their meetings in high end hotels. The Four Seasons, the Mayan Hotel in Long Beach, Torrey Pines Golf Resort, the Esmeralda Resort, Palm Desert etc
We all work together and always find a way to come to a consensus whilst faced with a decision.

Stop being so arrogant and start listening to engineering.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most co-workers are conscientious. Since we are union, it takes alot of screwing up to be fired. However, eventually those workers have been fired. Yet, at the expense of the reputation of those who reported their offenses. "That would be me".
