What needs to change to make the company culture better?Follow the company's posted values. Since COVID there have been several violations agains company values. Do as I say, not as I do. Justifying invasion of privacy because of safety. The company, SCE and its leadership manipulate safety to satisfy their bottom line. Beancounters rule.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Most co-workers are conscientious. Since we are union, it takes alot of screwing up to be fired. However, eventually those workers have been fired. Yet, at the expense of the reputation of those who reported their offenses. "That would be me".
