Since my employment ended in 2002 I cannot comment on current changes, but While employed I was injured and upon returning was passed over a promotion to full-time
The leadership team should value people.
As a field worker and represented employee, Local 47. The union has lost ground since the '70's when they signed a, "will not strike" rule. Really?

Vacation time and accruals diminishing and retirement contributions eroding.
I never was compensated, instead I made a complaint about being passed and ultimately received a recorded phone call notifying me my employment has ended
My level of pay is not commensurate with the responsibility assigned to me. I would feel better if I were paid at or above the level of those in the company with similar responsibility.
Generally speaking pay is far below like positions at other companies.

Care about your staff members and treat them like human beings.

Everyone is scared of being let go and leadership does not take accountability for their failures
If you are part of the, "clicK" you are in...... good luck.
