Vacation time and accruals diminishing and retirement contributions eroding.

Follow the company's posted values. Since COVID there have been several violations agains company values. Do as I say, not as I do. Justifying invasion of privacy because of safety. The company, SCE and its leadership manipulate safety to satisfy their bottom line. Beancounters rule.
Review from Operations Dept
Care about your staff members and treat them like human beings.
Grudge-holding middle managers need to be removed or put in positions that do not have direct reports. Too many middle managers do not know how to manage and are applying and getting management jobs for the "raise".

Getting interesting and important projects successfully completed.
Getting more work done to advance the company and our profits.
I meet my coworkers and enjoy helping my customers.
Leadership has gone down hill for the past 15 years. Customers service is not a focus.
Gut the old ways of thinking out and openly evolve into a more pisitive and helpful place to be an employee
