Communication being open with employees
Gives me the latitude to pursue what I want to without too much intervention.
Transparent and willing to answer my questions
Progressive leadership that appears (and takes action) to genuinely embrace doing the right thing (controlling/preventing COVID in the workplace; responding to public concerns regarding wildfire risks, power shut offs, service, and costs, etc.
Great atmosphere, people are always willing to help!
They try to keep in touch with all workers.
They should Stop micro managing
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Care about people who support your organization.
Really evaluate the middle management.

Since my employment ended in 2002 I cannot comment on current changes, but While employed I was injured and upon returning was passed over a promotion to full-time
The leadership team should value people.
