As a field worker and represented employee, Local 47. The union has lost ground since the '70's when they signed a, "will not strike" rule. Really?

Vacation time and accruals diminishing and retirement contributions eroding.
I never was compensated, instead I made a complaint about being passed and ultimately received a recorded phone call notifying me my employment has ended
My level of pay is not commensurate with the responsibility assigned to me. I would feel better if I were paid at or above the level of those in the company with similar responsibility.
Generally speaking pay is far below like positions at other companies.
Compensation is based on ethnicity and who you know. SCE is known to not consider work performance as an incentive. Each division and they sub-division is run like feudal kingdoms were pay is awarded to White make first, White female, Latino male/female. African Americans & Asians are lowest paid
A better job description that shows leadership understands all that we do.
