The end of the shift and going home.

opportunity to be myself and provide input based on my experiences personally and professionally
Getting interesting and important projects successfully completed.
Getting more work done to advance the company and our profits.
I meet my coworkers and enjoy helping my customers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership has gone down hill for the past 15 years. Customers service is not a focus.
Gut the old ways of thinking out and openly evolve into a more pisitive and helpful place to be an employee
Better understanding of our department so that it can be managed better from a higher level. Right now everything finds its way to our department.
