He serves on the board of the DFW Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and on the advisory board of the Southern Methodist University Journal of Air Law & Commerce. Mr. Shaw received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from Loyola University Law School.
