Mr. Mark R. Shaw has been General Counsel of Southwest Airlines Co. since February 01, 2013 and its Corporate Secretary since February 2013. He serves on the board of the DFW Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and on the advisory board of the Southern Methodist University Journal of Air Law & Commerce. Mr. Shaw received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from Loyola University Law School.
