What do you like best about the leadership team?They have meetings and set goals for the company to help reach higher production.
What are some of the best things about your team?They are helpful to one another but the team leaders need to learn to handle the pressure a lot better
What makes you most happy at work?Knowing that I'm a part in the process of building fire truck and other trucks that are used in the shipping world.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The company gives the hourly employees less in bonuses then salary employees by thousands of dollars
