Communication on what tbe next step is in the orocess

Comminication and consistency when dealing with brand new hires that dobt know what they are doing
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Currebtly everyone says Be Firm with the oassengers, which really means be rude and dismissive to anyones situation
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So far i have seen very little positive points in my day. I am on the job training i bave had two days with NO BREAK NO LINCH BREAK!! Ive worjed 8.5 hours with no stop!
