I felt it could go either way, but I came prepared. Tried to understand the solutions beforehand and try to show that I had a positive attitude

It varies on experience....it really does vary widely, But it’s well paid. I’d say it’s in the higher end for tech companies

Good vibes, even with changes. 40 hrs would be the expectation for a large majority

They certainly know what they are doing. That is needed to get us to our 5 billion annual sales goal.

More open communications.
What is the best part about your compensation package at Splunk?
The RSU' s we receive are excellent. Don't understand how those are granted. No formalized way for getting base pay raise for sales reps.
