Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compared to the amount that I do, I feel like I am underpaid at Splyt. Other staff members seems like they have alot of time to just send messages on #random, whiel I'm here working and doing everything to stay afloat.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Many headhunters provide me with job opportunities on Linkedin, and their budget is always much higher than what I get at Splyt. (25% higher) I like working at Splyt, and it's not the right time for me to go for a new job. But I feel bad when I saw those jobs, and I feel I'm undervalued.
