When I get to help shape a organization's social outlook.

How rewarding is your job at Sprinklr?
Sometimes I find it very rewarding. Then management shuffles everything around and nobody knows where to put their energy. Put on top of it that every minute needs to be time tracked and the notion of customer delight goes right out the window.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at Sprinklr?
If they evaluated equivalent roles at other software companies & paid anywhere near what those roles make, would be minimally acceptable.

Transparency. Not hiring all their friends they've worked with for 15+ years. Not forcing people out.
