What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Making Sprinklr an employee centric workplace with defined process and policies. Invest in employee branding and development.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Prioritization, strategic vision, passionately, genuinely caring about their employees. Live the company's values if you expect others to follow you. Stop tacking on more benefits that no one uses because all they want is time back.

stop the cheerleading. Sales needs to relate to marketing. Social media analytics are about safety and security of data.

Review from Sales Dept

Transparency. Not hiring all their friends they've worked with for 15+ years. Not forcing people out.

Review from Operations Dept

Encouraging healthy and profession working environment. Stopping unprofessional way of communication. Encouraging a non - threatening environment

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Sprinklr needs to have a equal pay policy with defined roles and expectations.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I'm doing my manager's role and my role, so I deserve a lot more than I'm getting.

The educational qualification/background and the work experience is not valued.

the execs listen to hear not understand. the market is ferocious with competition for employees. Fair mkt value of employees should be done quarterly.

Review from Sales Dept

Salary is the biggest metric in which sprinklr is lacking. An overall increase in wages and bonuses will severely increase employee happiness and retention.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Need a better leadership and supervisors.

They need to check if all the departments are working within the spirit of sprinklr. Just cause USA is doing good, doesn't mean people at other locations are happy

Be honest and stop using the same positioning to "excite" employees quarter after quarter. Everyone is leaving for a reason.

Review from Sales Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

It depends on the interviewer. The process should reflect the requirements.

Its death by a thousand cuts. what is important- do fit the culture. yes or no? Can I make money and add value to company and customers. Keep the interviews to 30 mins or less for the speed dating

Review from Sales Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

It's all chaos with no focus. I'll be surprised if Sprinklr will still be around in 10 years.

Anyone in a leadership position should expect ELT members to want daily read outs. Even lower level team managers (not VPs) should be prepared for this. Your VP or Clevel should help, until they’re gone and there’s no one but you left. It can be painful doing this daily.
