Transparency, its all hust hush
As a former manager they gossip target certain workers and would be just as unprofessional as a teenage employee
Management needs to focus on the customer and customer service. We can't get product to sell, fixture components to keep displays looking good, or the proper graphics for any of the displays.
The salary structure has not been updated in a long time and sets a false ceiling for those who perform well. There is no wiggle room for talent.
Benefits for the employee only are very inexpensive. But if I were to add my spouse the cost goes through the roof. None of the route service representatives have had a raise in years.
Work needs to be given out in an equitable manner.

BBB need to do an investigation
