They truly care about each person, collaborative and always willing to help. They encourage growth and learning/development.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They are the best I've had of all previous employers! Free healthcare, an employer funded HRA, retirement, and of course the sabbatical.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People truly care about people, the direction of the company and how your family/mental health comes first. There are more important things than work and this is recognized.
