What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my work and I appreciate that I'm in a position where I can focus and dig into projects, rather than constantly being pulled in multiple directions and having difficulty getting anywhere. My work is challenging but I'm able to focus on things. I feel like I'm able to make a real difference.
