Overall it's a great company to work at. There are definitely some concerns around the future of the company but right now things seem mostly positive and I'm certainly enjoying my work.

The pay, with the wifi stiped and gym contributions

Building new cool features on such a big recognisable site
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There isn't an expectation to work way beyond your hours / weekends
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team were very welcoming and I love that not all interactions are work specific but time is taken to chat casually as you would if you were together in person
