I really like it here. The people are great. We have a ton of Slack channels that have nothing to do with work to help folks bond. We have game meetings. Our CEO and CTO seem very open and always willing to chat with people. They remember names and make you feel very welcome.

The people are really great and we try not to take work too seriously

The people. The people are fun, silly, and helpful. People clearly want to work here and I think that's really great.

Everyone clearly wants to be here and enjoys working here. I like how many non-work related Slack channels we have to help people bond since we don't have an office.

Everyone is always willing to help, even if it is during their off hours. They are always willing to hop on a call and walk you through anything or figure out something difficult together
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
While we are working towards maturing the company, I'd like us to also look into the case studies from many other companies showing working long hours and working hard for long periods of time hurt productivity. I would like us to try 4-day work weeks as there are numerous studies showing it works
