
The team gets along and reaches out to each other async to resolve issues before they become problems. The team members are not worried about who will get the "credit" for taking care of something, only that it gets resolved.
Employees were given minimal stock options, and there is no clear review process for a raise or title change. How do I get a raise? How am I doing now? What should I do to be deserving of a raise?
The most positive thing about our company culture is that we haven't tried so hard its uncomfortable yet. I just want to enjoy my job, and get my work done. There is a comfortable medium, and I think we are flirting with it.
