Everyone is excited to make our products better and have a positive impact on our end users.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity, at our current valuation, adds a significant value to our base pay. The employer match in our 401k is great as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is incredibly welcoming and encouraging. I have nobody on my 'must avoid' list. I have significantly grown my technical skills with the encouragement and support of my coworkers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy that I have direct access to leadership, and that nearly all my work is seen by leadership. My work very clearly makes an impact and is taken seriously by the c-suite.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency is heavily emphasized and prioritized. Monthly townhalls, monthly & quarterly reports and informal daily communication allow for org-wide understanding of how the business is running and what each dept. needs to do to achieve goals. I've never experienced a company that does this better
