I'm paid fairly for what my role is and this is appreciated.

Culture is great. They care about the people and do their best to try to so creative things.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm in Sales. Lead engine is slow, which contributes to other factors. But the proper adjustments seem to be coming, and hopefully, this will improve over time.

Everyone is willing to help each other. People are transparent. We all recognize that this is part of a team and that there are bigger goals at stake.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has been open and transparent throughout my time working here. I believe they care about doing what is best for the people that work here and the company as a whole.
