Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I were making the same amount as my male counterparts with the same title and responsibilities as me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team ethos is very centered on help and support. We are all quick to offer assistance to one another (and to others from all parts of the org), which makes working with them a joy. They're smart, generous, funny, and really great to work with.
