What are some of the best things about your team?They are all helpful, encouraging, compassionate. We always back each other and help in any way possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Lightly camouflaged shroud of caring culture for students and workers progress.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to be better at keeping the office professional. You can always tell how they're "feeling" and they make life/business decisions based on their feelings. If you have a medical emergency that requires surgical intervention no matter how dedicated you are they will terminate your employment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They offered a promotion, delegated the workload, and never increased pay after promised.
