knowledgeable, detailed training, patient and they show so much care and support

Review from Operations Dept

Pat Hickey goes above and beyond when it comes to communication and approachability. I truly appreciate how open and easy to reach out when I have an issue. I don’t hesitate or worry

Review from Operations Dept

Very good communication on what my responsibilities are as an NPM.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Have a clear goal and execute it. Too many conflicting standards and expectations

Review from Operations Dept

defining this company, its mission, and the overall goal of the brand that each employee can feel empowered to represent that customers will reflect and project from their services

leading by example. Daily we get corrections from initiatives that are launched and then revised. At the store level, we are not given the same grace to make these type of mistakes

Showing appreciation and stop leading through fear

Review from HR Dept

Work life balance is completey off

Listening to these surveys. Reviewing concerns from store level associates. Minimal career path opportunities for exempt associates.

Review from Operations Dept

They have lost touch with the stores

Review from Operations Dept

treat people as humans instead of machines give more incentives through the year at least

Review from Operations Dept

We are more worried about the audit process than taking care of our customers. We do not provide the products that customers are looking for and we continue to have supply chain issues that are not addressed causing customers to shop elsewhere because other companies can get product that we cannot.

Review from Operations Dept

Communication, respect for the individual and equal treatment for others

Sincerity and Compassion. As time goes on, especially within this past year my health has declined, my blood pressure has risen to an almost uncontrollable height, nerves are at an all time high that require medication on a consistent basis and the STRESS is at an all time high!!

Review from Operations Dept

everything with in the warehouse

Review from Operations Dept

Be more realistic with what really occurs in the stores every day and managing expectations based on that. We seem to focus on the wrong things, and things the customers won't care about. They can be less condescending and intimidating. The words "thank you" said meaningfully can go a long way.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay scales are all over the place people with 30 years making less than people with 15-20 years. Lets face it money is the reason we are here

Review from Operations Dept

scheduling, time off, leadership, doing inventory correctly and not just appeasing the buyers

Review from Operations Dept

we are just number to them. They don't care about our well being and it shows..

Review from Operations Dept

clear and precise goals, realistic expectations, sensible resources such as hours allocated for the stores so we are able to accomplish the goals as well as competitive pay so we may retain the good employees who always leave for better paying jobs

The leader has lack of corporate culture. Uses her power to bully their reports. When people that has been wirh the company for over twenty years are leaving the company, it is definetely a red flag that indicates that employees are leaving due tonthe hostile enviroment.

Review from Operations Dept

Better work life balance. Forcing employees to return to the office 3 days a week with only a month's notice is unrealistic. Employees have been able to successfully work from home for 3 years & there is no need for a mandatory 3 day office presence. The cost/time it takes to commute is not worth it

Review from Marketing Dept

Clear concise communication, particularly around the long term direction of the company.
