Not nearly enough collaboration between peers. Very much a culture of protect your four walls versus the company behavior of "we work as one team"

Collaboration is non-existent. Sharing ideas or information on processes is taken as though "you" who are asking is a threat to them and their existence. Training is spotty at best and not every step is shared...

The training program for exempt managers is terrible. The program is solely focused on their specific areas and not the entire store. ASM's are responsible for the entire store when the Store Manager is not at work but they have no training in those departments at all.

Take responsibility an act upon issues before being told. Many exempts hired here have absolutely no idea what the job entails.
