I've made bonds at this company that will last a lifetime, most notably my wife. That being said, the sense of corporate direction at this company has gone by the wayside and doesn't seem to be improving. I do not feel confident in its future.

leading by example. Daily we get corrections from initiatives that are launched and then revised. At the store level, we are not given the same grace to make these type of mistakes

I don't feel my level of leadership experience was taken into consideration when hired. Only job knowledge was measured as I was brought in at the bottom of the pay scale. Negation was not even considered during my job offer conversation when I brought it up.

Perception of this company has dramatically dropped since pre-Covid and has not improved. Our overall quality of product, our sanitation, our service, and now our price point are all low points compared to rival companies. Serious labor studies are needed to better budget/staff stores.
