It's my favorite job I have had yet, I do well in fast paced high stress environments. However, 9 hour work days when we cannot take a full hour break is too much. Schedule us for 8. Also, if we will be getting the 5 day work week, compensate for missing Sunday stipends.

I do love working for the company. It’s great pay, great culture. and there’s a lot of great ideas to make it a better place to work. Again, my only gripe is senior management needs to be more transparent when it comes to job moves, being invested in your development,

Great teamwork, help each other learn, great communication.

Everyone is close and cares about each other.

Clear expectations, and good communication.

Decent salary, good healthcare, the merit is also a nice bonus.

Everyone works as a team, we try and uplift each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's nothing "wrong" per se, it's just a high volume high stress job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Invested in development, create new programs to try and configure a better work/life balance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
5 day work week with a pay that would include our Sunday stipend already.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I only wish some higher ups would be more transparent about future moves, goals, development, and investment.
